  • Identifying balance between doing more with less.

  • Develop clear approaches for collaboration.
  • Building a knowledge base/language about collaboration – what is it, what are the levels, what are the measures
  • Develop SPC leadership role around cooperation and community collaboration.
  • Creating an environment for shared action.
  • Develop a process for info sharing on issues.
